This year we are offering a limited amount of Table Top Displays to help promote company visibility and provide more networking opportunities.  The Dayton Defense Committee will assign the table spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Take advantage of this opportunity while it lasts and Sign-up Today!

Each table will be 8ft and draped & skirted.  A limited amount of tables will have access to electricity. If an extension cord and power surge protector is required, you will need to bring your own. Lunch will be provided Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for the individual staffing the display.

In order to display you MUST be a U.S. Citizen and provide a company DD form 2345 certification form along with your display application (click for more information).  All displays and handout material will need to be public releasable, as the displays are in an open area.  The building will be locked down at night, however, no security will be provided and you will be responsible to safe guard your valuables.

Registering for a display does not include a conference registration, if you would like to attend the conference, you must register for the conference and pay the registration fee.


All display fees are non-refundable.
