The conference fee covers attendance at the general session, handout material, networking reception, and two group luncheons as outlined in the conference agenda. Attendance will be limited to the first 500 registrants, and will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE SPEAKERS
There is no registration fee for invited Air Force personnel who will be giving formal presentations at the conference, however, all speakers MUST register for the conference.
ATTENDEE REQUIREMENTS

The meeting is unclassified, and is restricted to US Citizens only. In order to attend, you must either be a DOD employee or DOD contractor with a valid DD 2345 Certification Form. For more information about certification click here.

U.S. active duty military personnel and civilian employees of the United States are exempt from these certification requirements.

If the address on the DD 2345 Certification Form (the security officer's address) you supply to us does not match your current office address, you will not be able to receive the CD containing the proceedings (Militarily Technical Data) for your review at the conference. It is required that the CD be sent to the security officer listed on the DD 2345 Form that was supplied. The security officer will then forward the CD on to your current address.

The DD 2345 form should be faxed to 937-426-2233 after your online registration has been submitted.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN
Each attendee will be provided with an identification badge during on-site meeting check-in. This badge must be worn at all conference activities. No badge means no access to ANY event venues. To receive conference material and badges, attendees must show one of the following forms of identification at check-in:

Government/Military Attendees:

  • Government/Military ID
  • CAC Card

Non-Government Attendees:

  • Company Identification Card with photo ID
    or
  • Letter from Company Security Officer or Company President verifying employment with the company and a valid driver's license

PAYMENT RECEIPTS
Receipt of payment will be disseminated electronically to the email address that is provided at the time of registration payment. Please Note: Electronic payment receipts may take up to 10 business days and, therefore, will not be sent with your registration confirmation.
CONFIRMATION
Online registrants will receive an initial confirmation notice that their registration has been received. Please ensure that registration information contains a current email address to ensure proper receipt of all confirmations and updates regarding this conference.
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
If you must cancel your registration, cancellations must be received in writing and before July 5, 2010 to qualify for a refund. All cancellations will be assessed a processing fee of $50. Cancellations received after July 5, 2010, and attendee "no-shows," will not be eligible for a refund. However, substitutions may be made at anytime without incurring a cancellation fee if the registration fee is transferred to the substituting party.

Cancellation notices may be emailed or faxed to 937-426-8755. Please make sure you indicate the meeting for which you are canceling (The Wright Dialogue with Industry) and the full name and company of the attendee that is to be cancelled.
